Leonardo Global Solutions (LGS) aims to optimise how we manage ‘non-business critical’ services for the entire Group. LGS is responsible for central management of procurement for indirect product categories and those that are highly standardised: the so-called direct standards.Leonardo Global Solutions also guarantees the development, implementation, management and supervision of all centralised procurement support services. This ensures that the Group’s Supply Chain follows a standard set of processes and operating methods.
