Finmeccanica approves merger and spin-off operations for the implementation of the divisionalisation process
The Board of Directors of Finmeccanica approved the merger operations in Finmeccanica S.p.A. of the companies OTO Melara S.p.A. and Whitehead Sistemi Subacquei S.p.A., as well as the partial spin-off to Finmeccanica S.p.A. of Alenia Aermacchi S.p.A., AgustaWestland S.p.A. and Selex ES S.p.A.
