Raffaella Luglini


Chief Stakeholder Officer

Raffaella Luglini is the Chief Stakeholder Officer of Leonardo since July 2017. 

In this role, she is responsible for Global External and Internal Communications, Global Media Relations including Digital, Sustainability, Investor Relations and Credit Rating Agencies. The Chief Stakeholder Officer has the objective of supporting the Company's business effectively by communicating, as a “One Voice”, Leonardo’s identity and positioning to all the Group's stakeholders.

Raffaella holds a degree in Economics and Finance and an MBA. She is also a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. 

Raffaella began her career at ENI – the oil and gas global company - as Investor Relations Officer, participating in the privatisation process.

In 2000, she founded doyoo.com, a European internet start-up headquartered in Germany, and became Chief Financial Officer of the Italian branch, coordinating the rounds for the collection of financing underwritten by the main European Venture Capital funds.

She joined Finmeccanica in 2001 as an Investor Relations Officer and in 2013 was appointed Head of Investor Relations and Sustainable Responsible Investors (SRI).

From 2013 to 2016, she was also a Board Member of AgustaWestland and Fata Logistic Systems.

Raffaella is currently Chairman of the Ansaldo Foundation, Board Member of the Leonardo – Civiltà delle Macchine Foundation, Board Member of AIAD (the Italian Industries Federation for Aerospace, Defence and Security), Board Member of Associazione Civita, and Alternate of Leonardo’s Chief Executive Officer for the Associazione Amici dell’Accademia dei Lincei’s Executive Committee.
