The third and last day of the exhibition was open also to a curious and enthusiastic general public. Today, in fact, the Leonardo stand was visited by a group of students from Rancho High School's Academy of Aviation here in Las Vegas. They spoke to one of Leonardo’s test pilots about opportunities to further their aviation careers, learning more about future jobs in aviation and how their early interest in the helicopter field can take them to "new heights" as they grow professionally.
The Virtual Interactive Procedural Trainer
The “Customer Journey”, present in the stand’s dedicated section to Customer Support & Training (CST), was quite successful with customers and visitors. The journey is articulated in six different stages (Meet, Explore, Connect, Discover, Partner, and Before you leave), developed specifically to illustrate the offer of services and the “TeamUp” concept, a CS&T brand that was launched during last year’s edition of Heli-Expo and representative of Leonardo’s constant commitment to wanting to collaborate and consolidate partnerships with its customers.
One of the Customer Journey’s six areas
The Customer Journey’s six stages are:
An invitation to participate in events dedicated to the latest support and training solutions: an opportunity to study, compare and share opinions and experiences.
An interactive map to discover Leonardo Helicopters' CS&T global network: places and people to support customers and partners.
An area dedicated to the advanced services: experts and new possibilities in the digital field that change the way we think, live and fly Leonardo’s helicopters.
The Virtual Interactive Procedural Trainer (VIPT): a guide to innovation and flying experience at your fingertips.
Web and mobile applications to stay up to date on the Leonardo Helicopters world: working together has never been so easy!
6. Before you leave …
The journey starts today: TeamUp!
