Clear and transparent digital communication supports dialogue with stakeholders and is instrumental to business growth. In the last years Leonardo has significantly improved its position in this field and is now rated in the top ten of Webranking Italia, which assessed the transparency of 112 listed companies with respect to communications towards customers and stakeholders.

This is a very significant achievement because this year Lundquist, in collaboration with Comprend, has not only ranked the best sites this year, but has also evaluated the websites by classifying the companies into score classes. The four stars obtained by Leonardo are the testimony of a marked improvement in online communication, a fact confirmed in another research entitled “.trust: communicating what matters”.

This report, also conducted by Lundquist, places us in “silver class” of the thirty-five Italian companies analysed while also recognising us as a Best Performer for navigation and user experience

“.trust” is based on two fundamental pillars of narrative: “distinctiveness” (strategic storytelling and involvement) and “substance” (specific data and examples) and sees us as “Narrators”, because we offer, as the report says, content with a coherent narrative supported by a proactive involvement of the user-stakeholder, including through stories and social media.

In addition, in the 23rd edition of Webranking Europe 500, Leonardo ranked 13th among 500 European companies, gaining 16 positions over last year.

These results were made possible through collaboration between various areas of the company and a more effective management of our tools, with an expansion of our digital channels and a more user-friendly website.
