Leonardo has successfully achieved the Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services (CMMI®-SVC) Level 3 awarded by the CMMI Institute for “Performance Based and Turn-Key Support Services for Land & Naval Electronic Systems”.
CMMI®-SVC is the main reference model to improve capabilities of organisations, it provides essential elements to implement effective processes and increase performance in service development and delivery.
The Maturity Level 3 achievement certifies that the organisation’s engineering processes are defined for process areas such as Decision Analysis and Resolution, Integrated Project Management, Organisational Process Definition, Organisational Training etc.
To reach this goal, Leonardo has put in place a strong service delivery strategy based on an integrated set of best practices that improves our organisation's capability to efficiently and effectively deliver quality service offerings.
