Thales Alenia Space wins the RANDSTAD award 2014

Thales Alenia Space has been awarded yesterday with the Randstad Award 2014, achieving the first place in a final that featured Ferrero (second place) and Feltrinelli bookshops (third place). The Randstad Award is a recognition to the companies that exert greater attractiveness on Italian workers, based on the results of the largest global survey on employer branding.

Thales Alenia Space has been awarded yesterday with the Randstad Award 2014, achieving the first place in a final that featured Ferrero (second place) and Feltrinelli bookshops (third place). The Randstad Award is a recognition to the companies that exert greater attractiveness on Italian workers, based on the results of the largest global survey on employer branding.

 

From the research, commissioned by Randstad Holding Belgian Institute ICMA, it emerges that safety of the workplace and salary are factors in the choice of the employer, followed by a pleasant working atmosphere, the work-life balance, financial strength and interesting work contents.

 

On the occasion of the Randstad Award ceremony, held at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan, were also awarded the Globe Randstad, the special awards to companies that have distinguished themselves in 2014 for attractiveness in the individual factors investigated in the research. Thales Alenia Space has won in the category of interesting job contents and in the quality of educational level.

 

This recognition follows the important confirmation of Finmeccanica among the companies on the topics of excellence training, development and management of human resources. The Finmeccanica Group in fact has been certified Top Employers for 2014, this year extending the scope of the certification in new countries, with an unprecedented achievement: it has gained recognition in Italy, the UK, Poland and the United States.
