1 Q: Does Leonardo have a Committee at the level of the Board of Directors dedicated to Sustainability?
A: Yes, in 2016 Leonardo assigned responsibility for Governance and Sustainability to the Board Committee, called the Nomination, Governance and Sustainability Committee, composed of a majiority of independent directors.

2 Q: How do we communicate our commitments and Sustainability performances? 
A: Leonardo communicates its commitment and the results achieved mainly through the annual publication of the Sustainability and Innovation Report, but also through the company website, meetings with investors, stakeholders, rating agencies and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) research and analysis companies. The Sustainability and Innovation Report, prepared in accordance with the international guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI-G4) and verified by an independent auditing firm, performs the function of a Non-Financial Statement pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 December 2016, n. 254 and it is inspired by the framework of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC).

3 Q: What is our strategy for the environment and climate change?
A:Leonardo's strategy for the environment and the fight against climate change is based on two aspects: the first linked to the portfolio of eco-efficient technologies and solutions for monitoring the Earth, and the second linked to operations management increasingly effective in terms of containing environmental impacts.
