Nel Regno Unito, sono circa 415 i giovani coinvolti nei programmi di apprendistato presso le diverse strutture dislocate nel paese. Per ampliare il bacino delle risorse con competenze ingegneristiche, l’azienda  sostiene iniziative come il '5% Club', che mira ad aumentare il numero di apprendisti e laureati nel Regno Unito. La società  ha inoltre avviato programmi di formazione e partnership con college e università di tutto il mondo per sviluppare la ricerca e incoraggiare i giovani ad interessarsi alla scienza e alla tecnologia nel corso della loro percorso accademico.

Electrical, Defence and Security Systems

Currently, there are 111 trainees in this programme. Apprenticeships are offered in the areas of Craft, Test Technician, Design Engineering Technician and Business.

 

Applications reopen in autumn 2017

Our apprenticeships programme is currently closed to applications. However, it will reopen in autumn 2017 with a list of new roles around the UK.

Helicopters

Leonardo aims to attract enthusiastic people to join its highly regarded 'Craft', 'Technician' and 'Higher' Engineering apprenticeships.

Entry requirements

Applicants to the 'Craft' apprenticeship programme will need 5 GCSEs grade A-C or above including Maths, English and Science. The Technician Apprenticeship requires 5 GCSEs including a B or above in Maths, English and Science.

 

Applications reopen in late 2017

Applications for Helicopter apprenticeships are now closed. They will reopen towards the end of 2017.
