Museo del Radar
The Finmeccanica‘sRadar Museum, the first company museum, in Europe, to be entirely devoted to radars, was opened in 2009 at the Fusaro plant (Naples).
Consists of an exhibition showing historical instruments and some of the most significant radar antennas developed and built over the years, a document archive that is home to numerous historical and modern books on radar and technologies related to them.
The museum has three consoles that show, each, a different operating scenario such as land surveillance, naval surveillance and air traffic control.
The exhibition space is also associated with an external area, along which are located some of the most significant radar antennas developed and built over the years.
