We offer a complete array of managed support and technical services required to ensure the highest value possible is obtained from our products and systems.  Our Product Care services run from our support centres starting from the implementation of the system on your platform, through initial training of operators and maintainers, and into long term Service Solutions adapted to meet your operational performance needs. 

Underpinned by early engagement and a logistics analysis of your operational requirements, the Leonardo Care model provides a comprehensive support service  tailored to user needs.  Following the initial warranty period, additional options can be selected and added during the programme.

 

Spares and Repairs Services

 

As the original equipment provider we supports our products and systems globally with innovative solutions to ensuring availability and timely repairs and spares are available. 

All repair and spares activities are carried out in ISO 9002 accredited facilities.   Leonardo teams use continuous improvement methods with direct access to design engineers to get items returned to service ready for the next mission.
