Throughout the UK, around 415 young people are in training at different Leonardo facilities. To expand the pool of engineering resources, our Company supports initiatives such as the ‘5% Club’ which aims to increase the number of apprentices and graduates in the UK. Moreover, the Company operates a worldwide education programme aimed at encouraging young people throughout their academic careers to take an interest in science and technology. We have strategic partnerships with colleges and universities throughout the world to develop engineering research.
