Customer Support & Services is the focal point for the management and support of Health & Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) and Aircraft Maintenance Management Systems, for HUMS, Helicopter Division provides data storage and infrastructure to deal with customer-specific and fleet HUMS queries and issues.
Our HUMS support infrastructure, as part of our Technical Query Service gives Customers access to Helicopter Division HUMS and systems specialists in the UK and Italy.
The Helicopter Division HUMS support service is also designed to provide quality data to specialist engineers to support initiatives designed to potentially drive down operating costs, resolve technical questions and increase aircraft availability.
HUMS can be delivered to Customers as a dedicated Ground Station that allows customers specialist to analyse and filter their own data, or (for those Customers that do not have the expertise or requirement to manage their own HUMS data), Helicopter Division experts can deliver a full service via a web interface.
