Leonardo AW Customer Portal is the single solution for the Civil/Commercial and Dual use Government/Military Customers of the Helicopter Division. We ensure the highest level of security for data storage, thanks to well proven data security features.


Leonardo is organized in various sub-sections:


Visitors have access to all documents that have been published by the Helicopter Division since their last system login.



Users have access to all their own personal information, while Administrators also have the capability to create, manage and update the profile of all the users within their organisation helping us to maintain our database ensuring easy communication.



Users have the ability to display the list of helicopters under their management, populated with information directly from the Division's database. By selecting individual aircraft, it’s specific details can be displayed, and flight hours and aircraft availability data can be updated.

This data is vital to ensure that the database contains all the latest information about the user fleet. Allowing expedient communication to the Operator, and continuous monitoring and support of the helicopter fleet and Customers worldwide.



This area allows user to create service requests directly into our Customer Relationship Management system, assigning them automatically to the most appropriate department, allowing Customers to monitor the progress online through to conclusion via a dedicated tracking number. In this area it is possible to submit and monitor:
